HOW WE HANDLE DATA

Data Handling, Cookies, and Account Security

We collect only the data needed to operate your account and process payments through JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast. Data is not sold to third parties. You can request a copy of your stored data or ask us to delete it — both requests go through the policy email channel above.

Cookie Use

We use session and preference cookies to keep you logged in and remember your lobby state. You can clear these via your browser settings; clearing them will log you out of your current session.

Account Security

Login uses a one-time PIN sent to your registered mobile number. If you receive an OTP you did not request, contact support immediately and do not share the code with anyone.

Data Retention

We retain transaction records for the period required by applicable law in supported regions. Account closure does not automatically erase payment history — submit a formal deletion request if needed.

Requesting Changes

To update your registered name, mobile number, or linked wallet, submit a verification request through the account settings page. Changes to payment details require a re-verification step before the new wallet is active.

LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

Reach Us About a Legal or Policy Matter

If you have a question about these terms, want to request a copy of your data, or need to flag a dispute, use the channels below. We handle legal and policy queries separately from general account support — use the correct path so your request reaches the right team without delay.

Team online

Policy Email

Send legal queries or data requests to our policy team by email. Include your account ID and the specific clause or issue you are referencing so we can respond accurately.

Live Chat — Account Issues

For account suspension, access blocks, or verification disputes, open live chat from your account dashboard. Have your registered mobile number or JazzCash wallet details ready to confirm identity.

Written Notice

Formal legal notices must be submitted in writing via email with a clear subject line stating the nature of the notice. We acknowledge receipt within the timeframe stated in the terms.

Common Questions About These Terms

These are the questions we get most often about account rights, data, and policy access. If your question is not here, use the policy email channel.

Yes. Funding via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast is also governed by each provider's own terms. Our terms cover the account relationship; the wallet provider's terms cover how the transaction is processed on their network.

Availability depends on local law and the eligible regions listed on the platform. If access is restricted in your area, you will see a region notice when you try to register or log in.

Yes. Send a data access request to the policy email with your account ID. We will respond within the timeframe set out in the privacy terms and provide a structured copy of the data we hold.

Transaction records are retained for the legally required period even after account closure. To request deletion of additional data, submit a formal written request via the policy email channel after closing your account.

We send an update notice to your registered email address before changes take effect. The revised terms are also published on this page with an effective date shown at the top of the document.

If you do not accept a revised policy, withdraw your balance and close your account before the effective date in the update notice. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
